How to file a claim

  • Car Insurance Claim

    For Car Insurance claims you can call us on 800 842 or provide us details of the claims by filling the Claims Form.
    It is important to know the following before filing a claim online or at the call center.

    The following documents are required to register a car claim with us.

    • A police report for the accident and the damage that has occurred to your vehicle.
    • Scanned or photocopy of your vehicle registration card (front & back).
    • Scanned or photocopy of your driving license.
    If you call our service center and provide your policy number, we will be happy to explain and email you the procedure and details for your vehicle repair.
